A lot goes into planning the trip of your dreams, and we want to help you feel confident and excited about your choices. Here's some information that might be helpful as you prepare to book your stay. Of course, we're happy to answer all your questions.

  1. How do I make a reservation?
    Please use the links provided if your booking is between 1-28 nights. If your booking is longer please call. You can also message us through WhatsApp.

     

  2. What is the cancellation policy?
    We require notice of 7 days before your booking to cancel.

     

  3. Are parties allowed?
    We do not allow parties at our properties and having a party could result in losing your deposit.

     

  4. What should I do if I have an issue or complaint during my stay?

  5. Is smoking allowed?
    Smoking is allowed in the designated areas.

     

  6. How does the check-in process work for an Airbnb rental?
    This can change between our properties. Please check the listing information for more detail

     

  7. Can I modify my reservation dates on Airbnb/Vrbo?
    Yes, this can be modified on your booking listing.

     

  8. What amenities are typically provided in an Airbnb rental?
    We provide towels, soaps, tea and coffee and other food provisions.

     

  9. How do I leave a review for my host?
    You can leave us a review on Google or if you’ve booked through Airbnb/Vrbo this can be achieved directly on their websites.

     

  10. Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
    Yes, you can make a request depending on the calendar availability.

     

  11. What should I do if I accidentally damage something in the Airbnb rental?
    If there is any accidental damages please send a picture and the description to our whats app

     

  12. Are pets allowed in Airbnb rentals?
    Unfortunately, we do not allow pets of any kind.

     

  13. Can I book an for a large group?
    If you have a large booking over 4 persons please contact us directly to arrange for extra provisions.

     

  14. What happens if my host cancels my reservation?
    In the rare case we have to cancel your booking we will contact you with what to do next

     

  15. How do I pay for my reservation?
    We take payment through bank transfer on check-in.

     

  16. Do I need a deposit?
    Yes, we require a £100 deposit in order to hold your booking. This deposit is refundable up to 7 days before arrival.
